| GUESS WHO'S BACK, TOO!We said that before but we'll say it again. Ladybug Mecca is coming with her own album, which - you can already mark the day in your calendar - will be finally released on July 25th 2005 on Nu Paradigm. The album is called "Trip The Light Fantastic" and, like Ladybug Mecca herself puts it, "simply music" without genre classifications but a combination of her life experiences and different musical influences. Being born into a household of brazilian musicians she definetely knows that there is more to music than just hiphop without denying its influence on her. So everybody who remembers her incredibly slick and smooth rapping from the "Digable Planets" days can be nothing but looking forward to July 25th. This year's the year!

SILOETTEThere's not much information about her background and it really doesn't matter because her works speaks for itself. She lives in the Southwestern part of the USA, has a design/print company and just participated alongside the likes of ZORI4 and TOOFLY at this year's B-GIRL BEin MInnesotta. Check out her site and see what she's about!

| Lauryn HillSpeculations, rumours, fairy tales. So much has been said bout her in the past years that when something it's actually going to happen, nobody seems to be willing to believe it. But this time around it's all true! Sir Bob Geldof put his word on it. Lauryn Hill is the only female HipHop artist to perform at LIVE8 on July 2nd in Berlin. The Berlin Live 8 concert will be staged on the Street of June 17th (Strasse des 17. Juni) between Victory Column (Siegessäule) and the Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor). The concert will run from 2pm to 8pm, simultaneously with London, Paris and Rome. But it doesn't end there: another show with the legendary lady is schedulled in Germany. Miss Hill is gonna share stage with the likes of james Brown, Roy Hargrove and Al Di Meola at Stuttgart's Jazz Open on july the 13th. If you can catch her, don't miss her.

FafiFafi lives in Toulouse, France and has a strong presence in the graffiti and fine art scenes. She became known for her images of sexy and liberated girls. On walls or in paintings, her girls can be funny, sexy, or aggressive. By exploring femininity through stereotypes and using it to her advantage, Fafi creates girls who are both powerful and active. Fafi has completed murals throughout the world, often with fellow grafitti artist Tilt, in places such as the United States (New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco), Japan, Germany, Belgium, Tunisia, Spain, Canada, and Hong Kong.

| KEEPIN`IT REAL- GOD-DES"Keepin’ it real with the new sex appeal that all the ladies wanna feel, without suckin’ a dick, I’m makin’ it, so let me hear you say Oh *bleep*." God-Des and Singer Tina G are out to smash stereotypes, wherever they find them and do some political stuff, with a lot of satire and humour. check out this nice duo from Brooklyn and hear some tracks from their first album "Reality" to be convinced of that dope raps.
